Hey ladies and gentlemen,
Coach Khor here!
Let's talk about a topic that's often shunned: how exercise impacts your sex life as a man.
Research has shown that men’s fitness level significantly improves the perception of their bedroom performance *cough cough* and desirability. [1]
In simpler terms, exercise not only makes you healthier and look better, but can also make you feel more confident in the bedroom.
But wait, there's more!
Physical fitness has also been strongly linked to increased sexual activity and satisfaction for both sexes. [1]
So, men (and women) who stay physically fit tend to get lucky more frequent and enjoy more satisfying sexy times.

However, there is a but. No pun intended.
Having too much endurance/ cardio exercise, like long distance run/jog, can actually reduce sexual function and fertility. [2]
Oof.
So, moderation is key.
My recommendation, strength train 2 to 4 times per week and moderate distance runs of no more than thrice a week.
Heard of Testosterone?
Well, it plays a huge role in your sexual life too.
As men grow older, our testosterone level naturally drops, which will affect your libido and sexual function.
Another important factor here is your diet.
Nutritionally bankrupt diets, especially those low in essential nutrients like protein, zinc, and magnesium, can negatively impact testosterone levels and sexual function.
In conclusion, simple lifestyle changes, like regular exercise and a healthy, balanced diet, can significantly improve your overall health and sexual well-being.
