Powerful Advice for Change From Our Coach of the Month

We asked our Coach of the Month, Tia, also our nutrition coach, for her single biggest tip to help change your fitness, nutrition, and ultimately your life.
Here’s what she had to say…
"Don’t try to change everything all at once.
You don't jump into the 3m deep pool on your first day of swimming.
Start where you are, make small changes that you can realistically sustain.
Stop wishing that things were different and just begin RIGHT NOW.
Problems almost never ever go away when we ignore them.
The longer you wait, the longer it will take to achieve your goals.
Stop wasting your time and energy feeling sorry for yourself.
Instead, direct your time and energy towards action and progress.
For what you dwell upon, grows."
This advice is so powerful because it’s so easy for us to want quick results.
We oftentimes jump into extremely unhealthy and unsustainable diets or workout routines.
Real change takes time, step by step. Much like hiking a mountain.
Focus on small, manageable changes that you can consistently adhere to.
Because consistency beats perfection. Every. Single. Time.

Because every small step adds up.
While taking big leaps, then falling off gets you nowhere.
Remember, the most important thing is to begin and keep moving forward.
